we're-human-therefore-we-tell-stories

This week I had the great honor to take a pause from my regular series to post a guest post on Amber Gregg’s blog, Judging More Than Just the Cover. She posts book reviews, author discussions, and topics about writing. Her passion is helping and teaching children, and she also does virtual assistant and editing services. Even more impressive, she does all this while battling scoliosis (severe curvature of the spine) and blogs about her journey toward healing. Check out her full bio here!

The topic of my post is the larger question of stories: why we write them, what they mean, and what we should do about our storytelling gene. Check out the full post here, and please get involved! Amber and I would love to hear what you think, so feel free to comment. You can also hop over to Facebook and like her page.

Thanks for reading. Remember you can find me on Facebook, where I post regularly, from awesome books reviews to Ocarina music to updates by my adorable and notorious cat, Gizmosis the Terrible (otherwise known as Gizmo). You can also find me on Twitter and I just opened an Instagram account! It is quickly filling with pictures of Gizmo, much to her delight. If you have an insatiable thirst for cat pictures, Instagram is the place for you.

Don’t forget next week I’ll be continuing my series about Jobs, Dreams, and Calling. I’ll go over some solid steps anyone can take to put them on the path to achieving their Dreams. Hope to see you next week!
